I haven't seen this behavior, but at a _guess_, it's at least possible
for the /etc/lu/ludb.local.xml information used to detect these
changes to be generated incorrectly.  If I were trying to debug it,
that's where I'd start looking.

Since this is S10 and not OpenSolaris, I'd recommend contacting Sun's
support group.  (Brian should be able to get you pointed in the right
direction better than I.)
