I just upgraded to build 105, and found that the grub menu has two opensolaris logos in the lower right-hand corner, somewhat overlapping each other. Actually, one of them, I think, says "powered by opensolaris" -- I only recall seeing the "powered by" words once. The splash image in /rpool/... is normal, showing only "opensolaris" with the bubble logo.
