(for those not familiar with it, it's an avant-garde piece consisting of
4 minutes and 33 seconds of silence).
I fail to see these "oops I just rebooted" noises played by various
other operating systems as anything other than an annoyance for others
and an embarassment for the computer owner.
We can do better by keeping the speaker silent by default.
