A one time performance hit (measured in a few minutes) is not
a bit deal (at least for me).  Once collected, the typical
response time quite good and often near instantaneous (which is
when the response time really matters).  Call it a design trade-
off if you like.  Keep in mind that this is a work in progress
and not "official" code.

It was working for me and I wanted to share it in the hopes
that others might find it useful.  If you have a tool that
works for you - that is great too!  Honestly, what I really want
is for functionality like this to get into Solaris proper at
some point and integrated with the installation, packaging
and patching tools (but I digress)... *grin*
