Hi Glenn, Thank you for the cross post. This is definitely of interest to us. The pkgdep command will definitely be a handy tool for displaying dependencies. I think that the SVR4 packaging tools can be improved upon and could even go beyond the feature sets found on other platforms. I'll have to try this out on my test machines. I'd encourage others to test this out and help out with the feedback process.
