Hi,

I got a feedback from Cu. Here is what he says:

Hi,

I think you are missing the point. In solaris 10 update 2, the OS does not
know about ttyb, and what it does know, is that it is supposed to send data
at 9600. The problem is that inorder for the OS to know about ttyb. you
need to edit the asy.conf file. In addition to this, you need to edit the
bootenv.rc file to up the port speed from 9600 to 115200.

This is a BIG problem here and I'm NOT taking to the line of
"The only change that you need to make in the jumpstart server is to
the menu.lst.<ETHER> file that I had mentioned before."

If it were >THAT< simple, then we would not have lost not only a major sale,
but also a customer in the valley that bought SUN hardware, had this issue,
and told SUN to take it ALL back and wanted a refund. This is a MAJOR
embarrasment to SUN. We LOST all of this due to it NOT WORKING in solaris
10 update 2. So, can you PLEASE answer the questions to this, so it does
not happen again. If you are unable to answer them, fine. BUT I need to
know this so we can get to someone who can.

Thanks,

He is telling that it is MAJOR issue and is telling that, the change
suggested is not working.
Is there anything that we can add or suggest?

Regards,
Narendra
