It's already available - http://www.opensolaris.com/get/ Once you download and install your image, you can use the 'pkg image- update' command to update it to the latest builds being released on pkg.opensolaris.org. Be sure to read the release notes - http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/indiana/resources/rn3/ for any gotchas [1]. Glynn [1] The image you download from opensolaris.com *should* be the refreshed image that fixes a few critical bugs that people experienced with the original 2008.05 image in May, which makes the path to upgrading a little more pleasant.
