Can you try this: On your tftpserver (the pxe linux server), create the following directory structure in the tftpboot root directory
<tftp-root>/boot/grub/ Now put your menu.lst in this directory. pxegrub default menu.lst file is /boot/grub/menu.lst PS: you can pass all jumpstart install parameters via the grub menu. K -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
