It is regrettable that you have experienced these problems, but issues with newer builds themselves and timing and resource constraints have prevented the release of newer builds before now. At this time, we do not yet know if build 117 will be available this week as it is still being tested. > 1. My belief is that development releases (which will by nature contain fixes) will generally happen faster than supported releases because supported releases require a backport of fixes, go through a far more rigorous testing and evaluation process, and as a result will take longer to deliver. However, the specifics of when fixes will be available to you is likely dependent upon the terms of your support contract. The tradeoff is that with development releases, you may also encounter issues that you would not with supported releases. Cheers, -- Shawn Walker
