I don't think you'll need to do anything like that.

Have you tried running 'setup_install_server' from the s10 media on the 
OS box?
There might be small issues to be resolved (packages you need to 
install,) but I wouldn't be surprised if it "Just Worked". It is solaris 
after all.

You will need the packages that supply the in.tftpd, rpc.bootparamd, 
in.dhcpd, and/or in.rarpd (depending on what type of method and machine 
you are jumpstarting.
