I don't really think replacing the entire packaging system is an
update release sort of feature - it's the sort of thing that makes
you say "This one is 11", since otherwise it breaks all the normal
rules about "If you need to fix this bug on Solaris 10, apply this
Solaris 10 patch, no matter what update release of Solaris 10 you
originally installed."
