Hi,

A BE appears in the GRUB menu only after it has been explicitly luactivated the
first time. After it has been activated *once*, it will persist in the GRUB
menu and can be booted subsequently by simply picking it from the GRUB menu. An
luactivate is not required. Note this applies only to x86 Live Upgrade with
GRUB. SPARC Live Upgrade and x86 Live Upgrade on older Solaris releases still
requires an luactivate each time you want to switch BEs.

Vikram

But the other BE's are in grub menu too. I assume I can boot them
safely too and not only the activated BE?
