I had a UFS root (/) and a ZFS pool in s7.
The ZFS pool is used for project data.
The S10 install had s0 for /, s4 for /var, swap and s5 for /export.
The ZFS pool is /biscuit and all of the filesystems are under that,
nothing like ZFS being used for /usr or /opt or...

Oh, I still have a UFS root :)
But still, there was no message saying that I couldn't do an upgrade 
because of ZFS.
