Okay so exactly what was the install and config not good ? It might have nothing to do with the tool and much more to do with the actual questions being asked by the products. The tool, IIRC, is a derivative of WebStart Wizards but also has some code from the old Netscape installer. I might be remembering wrongly here but thats what I recall it to be. -- Darren J Moffat
