Patches are not produced for Nevada, since new builds with new package
versions come out every two weeks, and a patch would only be able to
apply to a single package version.   (And in a few more weeks, Nevada
images will only be available in IPS package format anyway, which don't
use patches at all, and which doesn't have the same format miniroot.)
