Hi Jeff, I believe the format command is included in the live cd. To help us debug and improve the quality of OpenSolaris, we would really appreciate it if you can try to run with kmdb following the instruction below *before* you format your hard disk, so we can get some data about the crash and try to fix bugs in that area.
