When trying to build the AI for build 136, I now it this failure: exec command: /usr/bin/pkg -R /export/home/dc/build_data/pkg_image install --no-index SUNWsndm Planning for install failed: Use -v option for more details
pkg: No matching version of SUNWsndm can be installed: pkg://opensolaris.org/SUNWsndm at 8.14.1,5.11-0.75:20071031T175827Z: This version is excluded by installed incorporation pkg://opensolaris.org/consolidation/osnet/osnet-incorporation at 0.5.11,5.11-0.136:20100326T211735Z =====more of the same message for each build===== pkg://opensolaris.org/SUNWsndm at 8.14.3,5.11-0.133:20100216T095113Z: This version is excluded by installed incorporation pkg://opensolaris.org/consolidation/osnet/osnet-incorporation at 0.5.11,5.11-0.136:20100326T211735Z Unable to install SUNWsndm in /export/home/dc/build_data/pkg_image Unable to install SUNWsndm in /export/home/dc/build_data/pkg_image Note that SUNWsndm was renamed to service/network/smtp/sendmail. In looking at the osnet-incorporation file, I saw the following difference between 135 and 136: > depend fmri=service/network/smtp/sendmail at 8.14.4-0.135 type=incorporate ------ > depend fmri=pkg:/service/network/smtp/sendmail at 8.14.4,5.11-0.136 type=incorporate Notice the version of sendmail: it added the ",5.11" to the version. It actually seems to have added it back, since in b134 it was there, then removed for 135. The actual version number in the service/network/smtp/sendmail manifest includes the ,5.11, so I am puzzled why the AI build is complaining. One other note: This was built in the "top-of-tree" repo with only the latest bld 136 packages, to work around the LiveCD catalog bug. This was also done for bld 135, which succeeded. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? -- Alan
