Given where the update is in its process, yes.  All the bits have been laid
down, the search indices have been regenerated, the boot archive updated,
etc.  The only thing left to do is to activate the new BE and log the
success of the operation.  The BE activation is what's hanging, and you can
work around that specific part with the grub menu.  And the log entry, well
... it's a shame, but there it is.

Assuming that the only two bugs involved are 10990 and 11062 as mentioned
by Evan in the threads Shawn pointed us to, then yes, it was fixed in build
125.
