No, just a co-incidence with testing on the backup system using stand-alone
tomcat on port 8080.
The real cause was my system was using Apache-tomcat integration and needed
to have the mod_jk.conf-apache file modified to support all the portlets
with Alias,Directory, and JKMount directives  (not just for the jahia
context).   Hope this helps someone else.
