Tomcat shutdown problem with Jahia

Hello, I'm using a  4.0.4 build 5822 version of Jahia under linux RedHat. I'm starting Jahia with the jahia.sh script : ok I'm trying ti shutdown Jahia with the shutdown.sh script, but all java processes still running. I have to kill all manually !!! Any idea ? Thank's a lot !
