Is Jahia supported and compatible with the last version of Java 2 Software Development Kit (JDK) 5.0 Update 1 ?
I'm using it on a daily basis (and I used it to make all my tests of the 4.0.5) without any issue (excepted that it fails to load automatically the first page after the config wizard or after reboot and you have to click on refresh in your browser but excepted this (very) minor point we have not currently solved, it's fine).
Is Jahia supported and compatible with Windows NT 2003 Server ?
Jahia is not dependant of the OS but of the JDK implementation (thanks Java/J2EE ;-) ). So should works fine.
Moreover, we currently hesitate between Windows 2003 or Redhat Linux AS 3.0 for the OS of Jahia Professional Edition. Is there limits, constraints or important things to know to make our choice in relation with the use of Jahia Professional Edition or the other software describe in the system requirements of the PDF file ?
As far as I'm concerned I would use a Linux server. It is more easy to manage remotely (and of course less costly). Now such a choice is more up to the sysadmin skills you have internally. If you have no experience with Linux, seems better to use a windows server...
