While the original Instiki was a bit flip about this, I don't know if
"there is no step three" is a claim that Instiki-ar will ever be able to
live up to, except for a very limited (and therefore possibly not
terribly useful) subset of possible configurations.  Because of the
rather broad range of possible relational backends and different
configurations of those backends (locally hosted? remotely hosted?
virtual hosting? mysql? postgresql? sqlite? root access?) I rather doubt
it.

Caveat: IANAID (I am not an Instiki developer).  I'd love to hear from
those who set the goals for the project whether or not they consider
"there is no step 3" something that is important, or even possible to
continue to deliver if Instiki-ar is to become the successor to the
Madeleine-based instiki.
