Ok I did that which solved my problems. However, how do I delete an individual 
page? The only way I can tell to delete at all is to delete all orphan pages in 
the administrator setup. Also, is there a way to get templates like 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_Country?
