That shows me how to delete *all* orphaned pages, or all orphaned
pages in a particular category. Is there no way to simply go to an
individual page (orphaned or not) and delete it?

I already answered that in my first post.

I'm using Instiki to document a collection of items, and each item has
the same set of properties (author, date, etc.). It would be useful to
have a template describing said properties.
