We've had some discussion in the past on proposed solutions to the problem of providing transparent access to the internet when multihomed to both mobile and fixed networks.   The BBF is working on a set of architectural requirements for this application.   Please see the attached liaison message for details if interested.

Please route this liaison to the IETF working groups you deem appropriate.  Please note that the next Broadband Forum meeting is March 2-6, 2015 ahead of the 1Q2015 IETF meeting.  Any response should be prepared in advance of this meeting to ensure timely exchange.
