False positives; removal of the XeLPG-specific workaround would not have changed the behavior for these old gen9lp platforms. Patch applied to drm-intel-gt-next; thanks Rodrigo for the review. Since this is an unusual case of a GT-centric workaround that lives inside the display code it was debatable as to which branch would be more appropriate here. But since gt-next had an update to the macros used in the workaround's condition and intel-next does not yet, applying to gt-next keeps things simpler by avoiding cross-branch merge conflicts.
