Did you add Crysis to the registry? If not download addgame.reg (its in files section here in the group), right click it, choose edit and replace game.exe (or whatever .exe is there) with the name of crysis executable (crisis.exe??) - DO NOT DELETE the tilda sign (~) it has to be there.
Now try to run it without 3DA and czech if crysis is running better.
