That is a very good question :) Are you asking about addgame.reg or 1545 driver?
Addgame.reg is an easy way to enable SW TnL in games without going to regedit yourself. 1545 driver is fresh, released 2 days ago and I don't know what it does, i know what it doesn't - it doesn't breake OpenGL applications like all the other drivers since 1518 while maintaining good DirectX performence and compatibility (at least on my system).
