Phew! What a mouthful. Once you install DirectX 9 it will actually run the classic version at modest frame rates (5-15 fps). This is tolerable for mining or low intensity missioning but is obviously not good enough for pvp play.
It's running version 6.14.10.4670 of the Mobile Intel GMA 945GM Express chipset drivers and has 64MB of memory allocated to graphics memory of which 61MB reports as being in use. I recall reading a while back about there being a way to increase the amount of memory allocated to VRAM for this chipset. I would quite like to do this to see if it improves the graphics performance. It has upgraded RAM (2GB) and EVE doesn't take up much space while running so there should be plenty to allocate to graphics that is currently just sitting idle. Can anyone assist? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "INTEL 9XX Gaming" group.
