there really is no point giving more vram to a gpu when it is not powerful enough to use all of it, unless you overclock it as well. Some say that overclocking an integrated gpu makes no difference to performance, I read it on forums. cardinal how did you increase the voltage to the gma 950? If it's to do with programming then don't tell me cos i know nothing about it :S
