I perfer McAfee Defrag cleaner (included in their security suite, free for Comcast users) O&O Defrag (over Windows Defrag) TweakVi and TweakXP Pro (there may be a Win7 one of these 2 now)
I rarely try free registry managers. Last one i tried sort of FUBAR'd my registry...
