Sorry man, I read somewhere it's absolutely a mission impossible, just
like u can't upgrade xp to vista. But you can copy important
documents, software installer... to another drive like D: or E:
( depends on you drive name ). Then u can install the win 7 on C:
drive

It'll take a lot of time but it's worthy, you'll get a new, fresh,
healthy OS to work :D. Oh, and I heard win 7 installation is quite
fast, faster than vista a lot :)
