MAD_BEAST, ping is not due to internet if you're ping is 300+ and you have decent internet and close by servers. In otherwords If your fps is less than 10, your ping will shoot up because of how fast your computer is able to recieve and send back information, but it can't do it fast enough because it's lagging so much. My fps used to be 1-3 on css, and my ping was 800+ now, it's average 50 with 60fps+ average. and build 7600 windows 7 is not rtm? omg does that mean my windows 7 will expire? omfg I overwrite my windows vista so theres no turning back...
