Man, I never said Ping causes LAG...

I said high ping can be the result of a very laggy computer as in 500+
ping on a pc running the game at 5fps...

I know I'm right. 1fps = takes 1 second to produce 1 frame. Therefore
it cannot send/recieve back to the server faster than it can process
(fps) so 1000 MS = 1 second. So 1000 ping.

1fps = 1000 ping(Minimum)
5fps = 200 Ping(Minimum).
10fps = 100 ping(Minimum).
After that, it's based on CONNECTION. So if your Uber PC is running a
game at 10000 fps, and you have 800 ping... then you have a scrubber
connection.
