These are most likely the same files that are compiled and made into
nice packages for installation from the ppa links I listed.

O and to use the links, just go to software respitory (either in the
control panel at top of screen, or from Synaptic Package Manager) and
just add in the address. If your still confused, then just read Wine's
installation settings for ubuntu because it's basically the same
thing.
