hmm, and it is also worth trying to call ur ISP for the mentioned problem,
but try what bro THEfog mentioned above..also try and check ur network
activities, i think u can check it via task manager, or u can check ur
firewall if u have any for the list of programs that is using ur network
interface..if u found some abnormalities with in the programs list, X-Setup
Pro is a powerful tool, let u disable any startup programs..also msconfig
can be also use to search for a "bad" program and services at startup...
