Ummm that wouldn't make any sense.  According to this in the inf file
Intel doesn't give a shit what we do with the code as long as we don't
claim liability in the case of hardware failure...  As long as you
keep the copyright in the file, modification would seem to be legal.
I haven't gone to law school though so what do I know?  I would get
written consent from Intel to see if it is legal.  Maybe they would be
interested or not give a shit...
