What a bad news... Indeed from what I read on the Intel License
Agreement :

---------
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any
part
of the Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to
prevent unauthorized copying of the Software.

3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
Software.

---------

So basicly, modding drivers for your own use is illegal, even more if
you distribute it unfortunatly. If you take this to the letter, even
the 950 MD's are illegals tho...

I guess the 2 only real solution is to come to an agreement with
Intel, or start making drivers from scratch without using any of the
Intel's property code, else you will never be able to patent/
distribute the MD's legally.

My opinion : I don't see why you guys haven't contacted Intel to get a
job there yet? Obviously, If code was taken from you guys by intel in
the last 2 years, why wouldn't they hire the people behind it?

And last but not least :
It's so bad that in this world even the internet is soon to be ruled
by big compagnies. It's not enough that they control most of the
aspects of our lives they also need to control the internet.
