I still don't see why intel are chucking up such a big stink about this, the
drivers are free to download from both intel and us, Yes? Also we are only
claiming intellectual property on the stuff WE have either edited or
constructed while giving credit for all the rest of the driver to intel.
Also it is said in their driver package that we are free to modify their
drivers as long as we leave intel referenced in the final product so they
have no real tangible evidence that we are breaking a copyright law, they
are picking a fight where none exists.

So what if california law says you can't, we all know there are multiple
ways around that such as sending the source code to somebody outside of
califiornia and getting them to compile it. We can't let this happen! Just
because MAD_BEAST can create a driver that outperforms intels stock driver 4
to 1 dosn't mean they need to get all stuck up and cranky about. They don't
even develop drivers for the GMA950 anymore so why are they getting annoyed
at someone trying to save THEIR product, if anything they should be asking
for pointers from you jose. Any way that's my rant and rave over but I'm
sick off seeing oppression every where in this world.

Oh Jose, your legs are deep into trouble now. Please dont take
chances. The idea of removing all Intel marks is the only valid
option. I dont think contacting Intel would be any big help. They
might even get more pissed.
And if you think of spreading it through back door, then send it to my
mail. The spreading job is mine, I'll take all responsibility.
