If you have questions or doubts pls post the ill try to respond. but firts i have to set this rule: what we used to know as Intel, we will call from now The Enemy. As i said before when we arrived to Santa Clara we found that the enemy had a lawsuit prepared to be effective in June of 2010 from 30.000 USD to 300.000 USD I had to pay fines for every unathorized software realted to 9xxSsf. when i say unathorized software i mean Modded drivers from 9xxSsf, from the 1st MD for vsita to the lastest series i released weeks ago in the hispanic division to be tested and benchmarked, after paying the fines all of those MD can circulate on the web with no problem. So what about new modded drivers? No more modded driver until we find a new way to make it, the NextGen were released to the web a couple of weeks before the battle begun, so those drivers and earlier MDs are included in the agreement. Already said what has to be done in order to release more drivers. the best way is that 9xx Soldiers sans frontiers has to become a legal organization with a legal representation and registrer the MD codes, and mofications as an utility patent, and wait until. the other way is to pay 65.000 USD for a licence, not what u know as "licence" in this case a licence is not the "right" to use a software, in legal terms a licence is the "right" to do whatever you want with 1 piece of software to reproduce, and distribute it, to make it easier its a franchise but with more rules and no phisical assets. and the last but not possible could be the desintegration of Intel from the Drivers produced in this place. I really really apreacciate the support from those who have supported me you just cant imagine how, this was something serious, i never thought that it would be possible to get sued for "nothing", also want to say a million times thanks to all of the brothers who helped me with their msgs and colaboration in the constrution of the NextGen MD, the testers, info, feedback providers, special thanks to them for all of the efforts in the constrution and support. Thanks to this experience, which i dont wish it to anyone, i learned that only few people worth the fight, i had to pay thousands to solve a legal situation generated here... and im not getting anything from this... only God knows how much time this requires, modding drivers is an ungrateful activity, where you invest a lot of time and got nothing from it except for the support we recieve ans the joy 9xxSsf generates allowing to millions of gamers to play what was impossible, 9xx Soliders sans frontiers not only did what intel couldnt, 9xxSsf defeated what couldnt be defeated. There is still a lot to do, we can make things one ever imagined, but we need support as never seen before, i have had considered the retirement from this after this problem, 9xxSsf requires huge investments of the most important resource we have in this life, the time i invest here is too much, and there is no reward for these battles. So today everything is uncertain, i really want to see how far we can get, but also have to take care becuase next time it wont be a warning for me, for us. About modded drivers, no more modded drivers could be released until we find the way to fix this or until the 9xxSsf dies. Modders can do whatever they want to dowith their modded software, but i cant allow anyone to post MDs in this place created after 23/01/2010. And if i find someone else out of the team posting MD using realted terms from 9xx Soldiers sans frontiers The word Intel is included in the URL of the group, this time i HAVE to change it someday, no matter what, its part of the agreement. And you want to know why Intel Corp decides to SUE third parties for apparently no reason? You want to know why Intel Corp invested time, and money in lawsuits for people like me? Do they need resources? dont they have anything more important to do? Well the answer is simply, we found that Intel Corp has been SUED several times for huge ammounts, and as corporation they can use the NETINCOME of the company to pay for it, the stockholder would kick the manager of the legal department, and this is a trend in the industry, and i want you to pay attention to this, the reason why Intel is doing is because they expect to get current assests (money) from these legal battles, taking everyone down in their way and take their money to PAY for their legal problems... didnt understand? Intel uses lawsuits to gain resources that money is being redirected to pay for what they have been sued, so they pay for their sins with the suffering of others. So fight is done, battle is won but not yet the war. In a couple of hrs NextGen modded drivers will be released here Only Alpha series and Sigma series for 945 and 965 chipsets, the special version for neetbook wont be released due to some problems i had no time to resolve.
