Placing the page file in a different partition is for making it easier
for the axis, its all about the work of the axis, to read the page
file it requires harder harder moves, the system constantly needs to
use the page file placing the page file in the C: partition could
cause a damages in the axis of the Hard disk drive, and the position
of the files and the page file could be changed with ultimate defrag
from disktrix.

SO pls respect others, or leave, mess with me, im the one who said
page file should be placed there.
