Did more investigation. Ok that error IS directed towards DXT. 3DA happens to have emulation of DXT textures, which may fix this.
in 2hrs I'll have the MW demo back. But someone please try to test this before hand (if you read this even :p) If 3DA fails then we must find a way to emulate DXT textures. From my reading, some GPU hardware don't support all the DXT levels, and that may be why it fails on the 950GMA. I would think DXTweaker would have such a emulator. The ATI fix was to simply check the box in cataclyst to support DXT textures.
