Hmm, so how exactly does any OS know about hardware TnL? Doesn't the BIOS of the graphics card basically forward all instructions the GFX can process to the OS itself? Couldn't we mod the video bios to indeed say we have more options available? Or is there more to hardware then i'm seeing?
