Yea, that was me, my user.ltx settings are in the FB post. I managed to complete Clear Sky without too much hassle (I'll be testing Call of Prypiat some time in the next week or so). There is quite a bit off fiddling around to be done ingame to reduce lag. Just read the FB post.
