Seems like the FB post has gone missing, but basically turn most settings to low in user.ltx. Mostly the same settings you use in CoS, but at night in CS, you MUST turn off dynamic lighting, especially when you approach human NPCs with flashlights. Water quality WILL be horrendous, but it doesnt matter. There will be lost of lag in certain parts of the game, but if you progress in those parts slowly, you'll get through. And very VERY occassionally you'll get a CTD
