Well I could point something out but it would probably not happen, if
even possible lol...
The DSDT tables could be messed up, and since the fan uses too much
power, the system doesn't know how to handle that...

Also you might be able to control fan speeds via SpeedFan (results
vary, most fans in my case, aren't controllable)
