all u hav to do: 1- try to see in ur hp laptop page on hp.com website if the hav provided u with bios update it might be a faulty bios shipped with. 2- if there no such update ,go to chat with tech's online they will help u or they will tell their support ,cuz i had some prob in my bios and after a month and a half i got bios update. 3-try to keep ur laptop in some cool place and to clean constantly -- INTEL 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
