Plays fine on medium/high on my other desktop 2.4ghz Core 2 + HD2600. Actually I tried it again with an AI, on my little 0.8ghz+GMA950, and was able to play a game and win it. Framerate is horrible, around 5-11 still, but for Starcraft 2 it's much much more tolerable then for a shooter. FPS isnt that important here.
I imagine a single real core (not atom) at 1.6ghz should be enough so long as everything is optimized. I feel like if I could overclock to around 1.4ghz, I'd be able to get 20fps on low settings.
