The only 2 programs I used for overclocking was GMABooster and SetFSB. GMABooster = barely any results, if any SetFSB = decent boost
I use SetFSB mainly to boost the PCI bus to the max. This gives the BEST performance boost with little heat increase (IMO), but can cause other chaos (your PCI bus controls your HDD, and could cause corruption maybe) but the only thing I noticed after increasing my FSB was that my wireless would sometimes cut out (not that big of deal though).
