correct me if im wrong, but rightmark isnt the same as OC ing.....rightmark uses the concept CPU throttling which force the CPU to run at 100% of it's clock (or which ever clock set by setFSB or rightmark voltage controller...)...thus making the most use of CPU at 100%...meaning no speedstep or what ever that clocks down the CPU automatically....
